About Allies:
Hub Allies walk alongside individuals beyond their first visit. They provide follow-up care, help guests navigate resources, and serve as consistent encouragement through check-ins and relationship building.

Expectations:

1. Maintain ongoing communication with assigned individuals as needed.
2. Assist in following up on referrals to services like housing, employment, or healthcare.
3. Offer prayer, encouragement, and accountability where appropriate.
4. Keep basic records to ensure individuals are not overlooked or lost in the process.
5. Partner with Hub Connectors and Liaisons to support guests holistically.
