Hub Liaison

About Liaisons:
Hub Liaisons build and maintain relationships with local partner organizations. They ensure the Hub stays connected to up-to-date services and work collaboratively with external providers to best serve individuals in need.

Expectations:

1. Develop and sustain communication with nonprofit partners and service providers.
2. Stay informed on local resources, updates, and program requirements.
3. Represent The Point with professionalism and a spirit of collaboration.
4. Coordinate with Hub staff and volunteers to make accurate, helpful referrals.
5. Help identify new potential partnerships that align with the mission of Reach.
