Hub Connectors

About Connectors:
Hub Connectors are the first point of contact for individuals visiting the Hub. They create a warm, welcoming environment and help identify guests' immediate needs through conversation and care. Connectors gather basic information, build trust, and guide guests toward available resources.

Expectations:

1. Create a hospitable and safe space for individuals seeking help.
2. Listen actively and compassionately to understand needs without judgment.
3. Assist with intake processes and ensure smooth transitions to next steps.
4. Communicate clearly with the Hub Ally team for follow-up support.
5. Represent the heart of the church and the love of Christ to every guest.
